Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) – ACV can be very beneficial to the digestive health of many animals (and humans for that matter). We use ACV because it is known to break down and extract collagen & nutrients, which is key to making a quality Bone Broth. The amount of ACV we use in our Brews is so incredibly small, it is negligible when it comes to impacting the gut. It is simply used to produce the most nutrient-dense broth possible.
